  • 3 weeks. Once we have had a chance to connect during the Discovery Call, we will have a better idea of your requirements and can then provide a detailed timeline through our Project Proposal.

OUR BRAND IDENTITY PROCESS

  • You’ve taken the leap and booked with me, now we have a yarn and see if our values align and see if we can make your brand shine brighter.
    Based on this I will give you the rundown on how Roam Design Co. can help you and our offerings.

    I’ll send you a proposal and a contract if we are in agreement and if it feels right for you, you can pay your 50% deposit.

    I’ll set you up on our Notion Client Portal and we will be on our way to a good lookin’ brand.

  • This is where we dig deep and you give me all the ins and outs of your biz.
    The good, the scary, the dreams, the vision and the plans for now and the future.

    I get to learn about your industry and look to see what makes your biz shine, and show you how to express that.

  • This is the fun part part where you start to see your brand taking shape.

    Here, we take what I’ve found out from the strategy and research and put them into creating visuals that targets your audience and I explain the reasons behind the design decisions.

    You get to offer your thoughts, ask for revisions if needed (2 rounds maximum) and provide feedback on the overall vision.

  • Touchpoints are the ways in which people interact with your brand – they can be through both tangible and intangible means.

    This is where I put your brand into action and create the physical or digital items we would have agreed on in the proposal.

    This will then be approved by you with a further 2 revisions if required.

  • You pay your final invoice while I package up your files.

    Your brand has come to life and you now get to celebrate and share it with your people.

    But no stress, I’ll still be here for any support you may need, or even just a friendly update on how you’re getting along.

  • I am 100% on board with trying to make branding and strategy accessible.

    Our usual payment is split in two 50% payments, however I can always negotiate something else if you need more flexibility.
